“Tribal North Energy Services Co has been provided capital through a private equity arrangement with Native American Resource Partners (NARP), a development firm exclusively dedicated to structuring, financing and implementing energy sector projects in partnership with aboriginal communities. NARP’s arrangement with the Company includes a long term commitment to provide capital for expansion and growth, and the expertise to incubate the Company’s success and build First Nation capacity. Tribal North has secured service industry experts to assist with operational execution, and to build capacity in the delivery of services. In order to further align the interests of stakeholders within Traditional Territories, Tribal North has been designed to incorporate participation by the majority of Treaty 6 and Treaty 8 Alberta First Nations into its ownership structure.”
